Hi! I decided to create this site/blog because my interest in eBikes had blossomed into something deserving of its’ own space outside of my regular journal. It was largely dormant between 2012-2020, during which time I didn’t ride a whole lot. Now it’s coming back! I’d like to invite other eBike users to contribute and join; however it may stay as just me. I posted regularly during the Suitable Transport ride in 2007, in which I was a sponsored rider.

My new project will be commuting (using rail and an ebike) between Melbourne and a small town in rural Victoria, and ride one of my several eBikes when I have the opportunity or need, and try to blog more regularly as eBikes slowly become more acceptable and indeed desirable in the face of energy crises and climate change. A lot has changed since 2007 when this blog first launched!
